Hollywood star Chloe Bridges had her career beginnings as Zoey Moreno on the sitcom Freddie. This aired on television from 2005-2006. She reprised her role on another sitcom George Lopez. Meanwhile, she also began a career on the big screen. She debuted in the 2007 film The Longshots. After a one-time role on the TV show Out of Jimmy’s Head, she had a role in the straight-to-video film Legally Blondes, followed by another performance in the movie Forget Me Not. In the 2010s, she first played Dana Turner on Disney’s Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

She later appeared as Alexis in 3 episodes of 90210, as well as guest-starred on Suburgatory and New Girl. During this period, she also had performances in the films Family Weekend and Mantervention. From 2013-2014, she starred as Donna LaDonna on The Carrie Diaries. Following this, she starred as Sydney Driscoll on Pretty Little Liars where she was a recurring character from 2014-2017. Simultaneously, she played recurring role Zita Cruz on the MTV series Faking It. More recently, she starred as Kibby Ainsley on Daytime Divas, as well as played Kirby in 4 episodes of Insatiable. As a film actress, she also has had performances in Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, Little Bitches, and Game Over, Man!.

The 27-year-old actress maintains her slender and healthy figure by following a clean diet plan. As a general rule, she stays away from processed foods. Even when she’s on-the-go, she avoids eating fast foods. Her diet plan mainly consists of complex carbs and lots of fruits and veggies. She gets her protein from lean sources like fish and chicken. She doesn’t eat red meat often and prefers light meals, especially at night. She also snacks on something nutritious like nuts and fruits. Every now and then, she lets herself eat whatever she wants, including fries and brownies.
