Biography:

David Chokachi was born on January 16, 1968, in Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States. In 1995, he started his Hollywood career, debuting as Cody Madison on the TV series Baywatch. He starred on the show until 1999. He also reprised his role in the straight-to-video film Baywatch: White Thunder at Glacier Bay.

In the 2000s, he had a role in the film Psycho Beach Party, as well as several guest roles on the small screen. He later got the role of Detective Jake McCartey on the TNT series Witchblade. In the 2010s, he had performances in the films Costa Rican Summer, Soul Surfer, Atlantic Rim, and Abner, The Invisible Dog. His latest role was in the 2015 TV movie Cyber Case.
