Casey Affleck Diet Plan

Casey Affleck

Hollywood actor Casey Affleck had his career beginnings in the late 1980s, making his debut in the TV movie Lemon Sky. He next played the young Robert Kennedy in the miniseries The Kennedys of Massachusetts. In 1995, he made his big screen debut in the film To Die For, followed by a role in Good Will Hunting. In the 2000s, his film career became more active. He portrayed Fortinbras in Hamlet and played Virgil Malloy in Ocean’s Eleven and its sequels Ocean’s Twelve and Ocean’s Thirteen.

He later played Robert Ford in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. He next played the lead in his brother Ben Affleck’s directorial debut Gone Baby Gone. In the 2010s, he starred in the features The Killer Inside Me, Tower Heist, Out of the Furnace, and Interstellar. For his performance in the drama film Manchester by the Sea, Casey won the Academy Award for Best Actor. He next starred in the movies The Finest Hours, Triple 9, and A Ghost Story. His upcoming movies are The Old Man and the Gun and Light of My Life.

One of the less-known things about the actor is that he’s actually a vegan and has been so for almost two decades. His reason for following a plant-based diet is pretty much simple. “When people ask me why I don’t eat meat or any other animal products, I say because they are unhealthy and they are the product of a violent and inhumane industry,” he said.

It also seems that this diet works for the actor well considering he’s been following it for over 15 years. It has since helped him to become healthy overall and to have amazing energy. This, of course, allows him to be more active and more efficient in his work as an actor.
