Carla Gugino Diet Plan

Carla Gugino

Hollywood celebrity Carla Gugino had her career beginnings in the late 1980s. Her first notable role was as Sydney St. James on the soap opera Falcon Crest. In the ’90s, she had roles in the films Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael and Miami Rhapsody, among others. She then gained recognition for starring on the TV shows Spin City and Chicago Hope. In the 2000s, she played the lead on the show Karen Sisco, as well as starred on the TV series Threshold. She was also best known for her role as Amanda Daniels on the HBO show Entourage. Additionally, she had notable roles on the shows Californication, Wayward Pines, The Brink and Roadies. In the movies, she’s best known for starring in San Andreas.

The actress may already be in her 40s, but she surely knows how to take care of herself thanks to her healthy lifestyle, which includes proper nutrition. When asked what would be her ideal meals throughout the day, the actress answered:

“For breakfast, a fresh-pressed organic green juice – I usually make my own but Nourish on Greenwich Street in New York City has a great one with a dash of jalapeño – and a Hemp Cappuccino from Birch Coffee, or organic espresso at home with my homemade almond milk. For lunch, a dosa from Hampton Chutney Co. and then a chocolate chip cookie from Paradis (just might be the best in the city). For dinner, Kombocha Squash toast, salmon with roasted carrots, a glass of Gruner Veltliner, and a cake pop at ABC Kitchen. But really, pretty much anything from ABC Kitchen.”

On the other hand, she knows how to balance it out. She explained: “I eat everything. I gravitate mostly toward healthy food. I am a believer in “Everything in moderation – including moderation!” In the right moments, indulgence is important.”
