Anna Wood was born on December 30, 1985 in North Carolina, USA. She made her acting debut on television in an episode of the TV series Cold Case, followed by Royal Pains in 2009. Subsequently, she made one-episode appearances on Brothers & Sisters, Mad Men, NCIS: Los Angeles, and House of Lies. Her first recurring character was on Deception.

After her stint on Deception, she continued acting on television with roles on Reckless, Madam Secretary, and The Following. Her first movie appearance was in 2010’s Nice Guy Johnny. This was followed by low-budged productions and short films. She appeared as Monica in the movie Chronicle with her then-boyfriend now-husband Dane DeHaan, who played the lead.
