Biography:

Andrea Jeremiah was born on December 21, 1985 in Chennai, India. She studied at Sacred Heart Matriculation Higher Secondary School and graduated from Women’s Christian College.

During her college years, she was involved in theatre activities and performed in numerous stage plays. In 2007, she gained recognition for her role as Kalyani Venkatesh in the Tamil feature Pachaikili Muthucharam.

For her performance, she was nominated for a Vijay Award for Best Debut Actress. She received further acclaim in 2010 after starring as Lavanya Chandramouli in the movie Aayirathil Oruvan, for which she earned a Filmfare nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
