Actress Alexia Fast started her professional acting career in 2005. She debuted in the made-for-television film His and Her Christmas. She also acted in a couple of other TV movies the following year. At the same time, she made her cinematic debut in the 2006 Canadian movie Fido. Her first recurring role on television was as Lindsey Hammond in The 4400.

The rest of the 2000s saw her performing in the films Kickin It Old Skool, Helen, What Goes Up, and Hungry Hills. She went on to have one-time roles in the TV shows Masters of Horror and Masters of Science Fiction. Afterward, she appeared as the Young Azkadellia in Tin Man. In 2007, she played Kristin in the short-lived MTV series Kaya. She went on to perform in some more TV films, including Gym Teacher: The Movie and The 19th Wife.

In the 2010s, she played Eva in The Secret Circle. She then appeared as Bliss in Red Widow. From 2014 to 2015, she starred as Callie Winter in the Hollywood show Manhattan. Her latest TV role was as Mona Wilder in Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency. On the big screen, she made notable performances in Jack Reacher, The Captive, and The Ninth Passenger.

The Canadian star stays in shape by living healthily. For starters, she follows a diet plan that’s clean and balanced. While she’s a foodie, she also practices moderation to maintain her healthy weight. She’s since cut down on processed foods. Instead, she nourishes her body with protein, whole grains, healthy fats, and lots of vegetables.

For breakfast, she loves having an egg and toast or oatmeal with almond milk with fruits. Lunch and dinner are usually rice, chicken or fish, with veggies on the side. Every now and then, she indulges in her cravings. In between meals, she has fruit or veggie smoothies to keep her full and her energy levels up.
