Tom Felton Diet Plan

Tom Felton

British actor Tom Felton had his career beginnings as a child. This was after landing the role of Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter films. Prior to his breakthrough, he made his debut in the movie The Borrowers in 1997. He also portrayed Louis T. Leonowens in the 1999 film Anna and the King. During the most part of the 2000s, he mostly starred in the Harry Potter movies. He managed to make a commitment to another project, starring in the movie The Disappeared.

In the 2010s, he starred in the movies 13Hrs, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Apparition, From the Rough, Belle, In Secret, and Against the Sun. More recently, he had notable roles in the movies Message from the King, A United Kingdom, Megan Leavey, Feed, and Stratton. He will play Laertes in the upcoming film Ophelia. He’s also ventured to television as he joined the main cast of the series Murder in the First. He also played the recurring roles of Julian Albert / Alchemy in The Flash.

As an actor, Tom sometimes needs to change his physical appearance to play a certain role. This includes losing weight or gaining muscles. For his role in Against the Sun, the actor did the exact thing – he lost a notable amount of weight for his character. But, he’s not a fan of the process. He admitted to the course of losing weight for movies hard. Restricted diet wasn’t just for him. He said in an interview: “I didn’t really foresee it being as difficult as it was.”

He continued: “I’m a really big eater. So I thought, it’s OK, I’ll skip a few meals. But they give you like 500 calories a day, and you eat every two hours, on the nose, and they give you like seven almonds or half a broccoli stick. So in a couple days, your metabolism is really fired up and desperate for anything.”
