Indian star Tamannaah Bhatia had her career beginnings in the mid 2000s. She made her debut in the Bollywood film Chand Sa Roshan Chehra. That same period, she appeared in her first Telugu movie in Sri. She later made her Tamil debut in Kedi. Her starring performance in 2009’s Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam got her a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Actress – Telugu. Standing at 5’6, the Indian beauty preserves her slender physique and fit body by making sure she has a healthy diet plan. In an interview, she said: “Fitness is like brushing your teeth. You must include fitness in your daily life.” That’s why she focuses on developing an sustaining a healthy body. For one, she eats every 2-3 hours to ensure that her metabolism stays active and fully working. She also drinks at least 3 liters of water. Instead of drinking soda, she opts to drink freshly-made fruit juices and fresh coconut water.

To keep her digestion stable and healthy, she snacks on yogurt. She also doesn’t deprive herself of carbs like rice and pasta, but she practices portion control. She’s also fond of sweets like chocolates, but she also has them in moderation. It’s also interesting that the actress prefers eating home-cooked meals rather than eating in restaurants. This way, she can be 100% sure that what she’s eating is totally healthy. One of her early morning routines is drinking a cup of lukewarm water with lime juice and honey plus 6 soaked almonds. For breakfast, she has idli, dosa, or oatmeal. For lunch and dinner, she has rice, daal, and veggies; or egg whites, chicken or fish, and some vegetables.
