Indian star Tamannaah Bhatia had her career beginnings in the mid 2000s. She made her debut in the Bollywood film Chand Sa Roshan Chehra. She’s also fond of sweets like chocolates, but she also has them in moderation. It’s also interesting that the actress prefers eating home-cooked meals rather than eating in restaurants. This way, she can be 100% sure that what she’s eating is totally healthy. One of her early morning routines is drinking a cup of lukewarm water with lime juice and honey plus 6 soaked almonds. For breakfast, she has idli, dosa, or oatmeal. For lunch and dinner, she has rice, daal, and veggies; or egg whites, chicken or fish, and some vegetables.
