Biography:

Simone Kessell was born in 1975 in New Zealand. She first appeared in the TV show Homeward Bound in 1992. She next appeared in the TV movie Hercules and the Amazon Women. She played another role in the sequels Hercules and the Circle of Fire and Hercules in the Underworld. She went on to play the part of Rena in 2 episodes of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. In 1998, she starred as Dr. Stella O’Shaughness in the TV drama Medivac.

She once again appeared in two episodes of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. In 2001, she made her big-screen debut in the film Stickmen, followed by another role in the movie Liquid Bridge. In 2008, she made her Hollywood debut with a minor role in the film The Informers. She next played Isabelle Wilson in Underbelly: A Tale of Two Cities. In the 2010s, Kessell became more active in the US. She starred in such Hollywood shows as Terra Nova, Of Kings and Prophets, and The Crossing.
