It was in 1999 that actress Kathryn Hahn got her start in the show business. She made her debut in the low-budget film Flushed. Following this, she landed the role of Lily Lebowski in the TV series Crossing Jordan. While on the show, she landed supporting roles in several romantic comedies as well as comedy films, beginning with How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. She has since had notable roles in the films Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! and A Lot Like Love. She then played Helen in the comedy film Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, reprising her role in the sequel Wake Up, Ron Burgundy: The Lost Movie.

She continued making notable performances in mainstream Hollywood films, including The Holiday, Our Idiot Brother, and Wanderlust. She also had roles in the drama films Step Brothers, Revolutionary Road, as well as in the action feature The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard. In the 2010s, she became known for her role as Raquel Fein in the TV series Transparent, Lee Payne in Happyish, and Chris Kraus in I Love Dick. Her latest film credits include Bad Moms and its sequel A Bad Moms Christmas.

To maintain her slender physique and overall well-being, the film and TV actress practices an active lifestyle apart from eating healthily. When it comes to staying active, she actually does the basics. “Long walks with our brand new rescue puppy and time with my kids and hubby,” she said. She went on to say:

“Also, I sweat every day. Pop Physique or YAS spinning have been my ones and onlys. I get massages every two weeks – the harder the better.” Being a prolific actress, she also gets to live an active lifestyle by just being on the go. She also does something many days a week to keep herself moving.
