Hollywood celebrity Shannyn Sossamon started her film career in the early 2000s. She did so by playing the female lead in the box office movie A Knight’s Tale. This gained her significant exposure, which led her to star in the films 40 Days and 40 Nights and The Rules of Attraction. She went on to have roles in the films Undiscovered, Wristcutters: A Love Story and The Holiday. She also played the lead in the American remake of the Japanese horror film One Missed Call. She’s also made herself known on TV with a recurring role on Dirt and a starring role on Moonlight. In the 2010s, she had recurring roles on How to Make It in America and Mistresses. She next starred on the shows Wayward Pines and Sleepy Hollow. She was also the lead in the horror film Sinister 2.

The actress nears her 40s, but she still looks amazingly slender and radiant. Aside from having great genes, the actress maintains her healthy body by practicing a clean lifestyle. However, she admits that she needs more workouts as she is a bit lazy in this area. So, she makes this up by mostly eating cleaner foods. When asked about any particular diet, the actress said: “I try to eat organic as much as possible but sometimes I slip. Thank goodness. How boring if I didn’t.”

Though she most of the time only organic foods, she admits that she indulges her cravings once in a while. It would not be balanced and fun if she did not. Basically, the actress does not pressure herself when it comes to following a specific standard of beauty and body in Hollywood. She said: “Inner beauty is confidence in oneself, compassion and love for others. Inner beauty is the only beauty possible for a human being.”
