Sarita Choudhury is a British Indian actress. She had her career beginnings in the early ’90s, debuting in the 1991 film Mississippi Masala co-starring Denzel Washington. She next starred in the films The House of the Spirits, Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love, and A Perfect Murder. She also played a recurring role in the American series Homicide: Life on the Street. In the 2000s, she had more recurring parts in such TV shows as 100 Centre Street and Kings. She also had performances in the films Lady in the Water, The War Within, and The Accidental Husband. Between 2011 and 2017, she played Mira Berenson in Homeland, as well as played Sofia Varma in Blindspot. In 2018, she joined the main cast of The Path. Her most recent work was as Kith Lyonne in Jessica Jones.
