Biography:

Patrick J. Adams was born on August 27, 1981 in Toronto, Canada. He got his Theater degree from the University of Southern California. He began acting on the stage. He later made his first film appearance in the comedy movie Old School. His next film role was in the 2005 TV movie Christmas in Boston.

Also in the mid 2000s, he landed guest spots in various television shows with recurring parts in Commander in Chief and Friday Night Lights. In the late 2000s, he acted in the films Weather Girl and Rage. His career took off in the beginning of 2010s after landing the role of Mike Ross in Suits, which he began playing in 2011. For his role, he was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series.
