Matthew Morrison was born on October 30, 1978 in Fort Ord, California. He began his career on Broadway, as well as on Off-Broadway productions, giving him substantial acting experience. He actually started his Broadway career when he was only a freshman in college. He eventually landed roles on television with his first notable role on Ghost Whisperer.

His big break came in 2009 when he landed the role of Will Schuester on Glee. The series became a huge hit, earning accolades and garnering audiences from around the world, which helped Morrison established his career as a television actor. After Glee, he played a recurring role on The Good Wife. His first starring role on the big screen was in the ensemble feature What to Expect When You’re Expecting.
