Rebecca Romijn Diet Plan

Rebecca Romijn

Hollywood star Rebecca Romijn first established her career as a model. In the mid 1990s, she started her acting career. Her debut was in an episode of the sitcom Friends. She then appeared on House of Style as the host. She next portrayed Kimberly Hefner on the TV movie Hefner: Unauthorized. In the 2000s, she got her break after landing the role of Raven Darkhölme / Mystique in X-Men. She has since reprised her role in the sequels X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand. She also played the lead in the film Femme Fatale and played Joan in The Punisher. Her most recent movie was 2015’s Larry Gaye: Renegade Male Flight Attendant. She’s also known for playing Alexis Meade on Ugly Betty. As of 2014, she stars as Eve Baird on The Librarians.

She may be in her mid 40s, but the former model continues to rock with her lean and toned figure. Being a busy actress and a mother of two, how does Rebecca keep in shape? How does she even have the time? She makes time is the answer. She allots time to workout and she allots efforts to eat healthy. She also shared how it was a challenge to lose about 60 pounds after giving birth to her twin daughters. In an interview, she said: “Losing that weight was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life.”

She added: “I had to change the way I worked out, the way I ate — everything.” As for her diet, she said: “After eating more throughout my pregnancy and while I was nursing for eight months, I forgot how much I was supposed to eat to keep my weight in check. Having a little bit of chocolate after dinner was turning into too much chocolate every night after dinner — or too much wine or too many pancakes. So I went on a major diet about eight months ago. I cut out starch, dairy, fat, red meat, alcohol, and sugar.”
