Biography:

Parineeti Chopra was born on October 22, 1988 in Ambala, Haryana, India. She attended the Manchester Business School where she received a triple honours degree in business, finance and economics.

In 2009, she returned to India and worked as a public relations consultant for Yash Raj Films. She later signed a three-film deal with the company.

She made her acting debut in the 2011 romantic comedy Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. Her performance was well-received and she earned the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. She also got a nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
