Norman Reedus Workout Routine

Norman Reedus

American actor Norman Reedus is now worldwide heartthrob, thanks to her awesome portrayal of Daryl in the global hit The Walking Dead. He didn’t begin acting at a young age. In fact, it was quite the opposite as he was already 28 when he made his start. Appearing in a couple of movies beginning in the mid 1990s, he first gained recognition for his role in the action movie The Boondock Saints released in 1999. In the 2000s, he’s had roles in multiple films, most notably in Blade II, American Gangster, Cadillac Records, The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day, and The Conspirator. On the other hand, he only began playing his role in The Walking Dead in 2010 and he has since become a big star that everyone talks about. He even won the IGN Award for Best TV Hero in 2012. Imagine that.

Norman may already be in his late 40s, but the members of the opposite sex, may they be young or old, are in awe of his charm and kick-ass presence on screen. It’s also amazing that he’s fit, healthy, and sexy at the same time. This is because the actor has managed to take care of himself all these years. How? Basically, he really has to undergo rigorous training in order to play the role of Daryl on The Walking Dead. How can he play a character who’s really good at crossbows and fighting if he’s not fit enough right?

For this, he runs, jumps rope, and swims to keep his body in good condition. He believes cardio is the best way to go. During his free time in his trailer while shooting the show, he does push-ups, sit-ups, and free weights. He also goes to the gym to perform some strength training, though he mainly attributes his great physique to his outdoor activities.
