English actress Nathalie Emmanuel is now a well-known face thanks to her mainstream gig as Missandei on Game of Thrones. She actually started her acting career on stage. In the mid 2000s, she started playing Sasha Valentine on Hollyoaks. This also marked her television debut. She reprised her role in Hollyoaks Later and Hollyoaks: The Morning After the Night Before. In 2012, she made her feature film debut in Twenty8k. It was the following year that she joined the cast of Game of Thrones. She started out as a recurring character in seasons 3-4. In Season 5, she was part of the main cast. She continues to star in the next season. She also played notable roles in the movies Furious 7 and Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials.

The 27-year-old actress is remarkable for her beauty, slender figure and strong screen presence. She has even already showcased her svelte frame on Game of Thrones when she had a frontal nudity and in Furious 7 when she appeared in a bikini. So, how does the English beauty maintain her remarkably hot figure? The actress says proper nutrition and overall healthy lifestyle. This was during an interview with Elle. When asked how she keeps her abs fantastic, she said:

“My diet—I eat nutritionally-balanced meals. I enjoy being healthy and I enjoy feeling healthy, and I know the difference when I don’t take of myself. It’s not like I am aiming for any particular goal or anything. It’s more like it’s a result of having balanced, healthy meals and just exercising. There is no secret!” She further shared: “There was one week where I was eating tons of pasta—I was cheating a bit—and I was watching [the show] that week. I had a particular thought about my abs. Because I sat there eating custard like, ‘You know what? I don’t feel so hot.’ And it did make me go, ‘Who I was a year ago, when I was shooting that, she would not eat that now!’ But that’s okay. You have to treat yourself. Life is too short to deprive yourself of things.”
