Moon Bloodgood Diet Plan

Moon Bloodgood

Model-actress Moon Bloodgood got her acting start in the early 2000s, debuting on the show Just Shoot Me!. After minor roles on a couple of shows, she landed her first starring role as Rita Shelten on the short-lived series Day Break. She also starred as Livia Beale on the TV show Journeyman. During this period, she also worked on her film career. She had her first film appearance in the romantic comedy film Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!. She next had supporting roles in the movies A Lot Like Love, Moonlight Serenade, Eight Below, Pathfinder and What Just Happened.

She later starred as Detective Maya Sunee in the 2009 film Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li. She went on to play Detective Michelle Paxson on the show Burn Notice. She then became known for her role as Lt. Blair Williams in the movie Terminator Salvation. In the 2010s, she had roles in the films Faster, Bedrooms, Beautiful Boy, Conception, The Sessions, and The Power of Few. From 2011 to 2015, she was also widely known for playing Anne Glass on the TNT series Falling Skies. Her latest work on television was as Rox Valenzuela on the CBS show Code Black.

The actress takes care of her body and her overall well-being but she doesn’t do any extreme diets to stay slim. She doesn’t deprive herself of food. She’s a foodie and wants to enjoy the experience with her meals each time. She believes strict dieting can totally ruin that. When asked whether she counts the calories in her foods in an interview, she said: “No, definitely not. I enjoy eating and have no issues with eating. I am not going to be one of those girls who have to watch her weight. I am not a health freak—I refuse! I drink; I enjoy life.”
