Milo Ventimiglia Diet Plan

Milo Ventimiglia

It was in 1995 that actor Milo Ventimiglia started his acting journey. During his initial years, he guest-appeared in a variety of shows. In 2000, he had his first starring role on the small screen in the show Opposite Sex. He then became known for his role as Jess Mariano in Gilmore Girls. He also played Chris Pierce in American Dreams. It was, however, his role as Peter Petrelli in the television series Heroes that catapulted him to fame.

During this period, he also had roles in the films Stay Alive, Rocky Balboa, Pathology, Gamer, and Armored. After Heroes ended, he played the titular character in the short-lived series Wolverine. He next starred in the shows Mob City and Chosen. More recently, he starred in the short-lived show The Whispers. As of 2016, he stars as Jack Pearson in This Is Us. The success of the show brought him back to the spotlight. He also recently reprised his role as Jess in Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Last year, he starred in the films Sandy Wexler and Devil’s Gate.

The This Is Us actor has been a vegetarian most of his life. His parents were vegetarians for decades so Milo was also raised as one. When he was a teenager, he shared he tried to eat meat a few times just to see what he was missing. Nonetheless, he continued sticking to this lifestyle of avoiding meat. He shared about his eating habits: “I’ve always lead a healthy lifestyle, I’ve been a vegetarian all my life, and I grew up playing a lot of sports, but I wasn’t really growing up. So I headed to the gym and it’s great how the results quickly became apparent.”

Because he was working hard most of the time, he also needed to make his diet healthier. Proper nutrition is also key in order to get a leaner and a more ripped physique. He said: “You can be a vegetarian and still eat pizza every day. For the first time, I started to really pay attention to what I was putting into my body.”
