Hollywood actress Analeigh Tipton had her career beginnings as a model. She first gained notice after placing third in America’s Next Top Model’s Cycle 11. In the 2010s, she began a career as an actress. During this period, she appeared in the film The Green Hornet. She also had supporting roles in the movies Crazy, Stupid, Love and Damsels in Distress. She gained significant attention for her role in the former.

She also appeared as Sandee in eight episodes of the show Hung. She later made supporting roles in the movies Warm Bodies and Lucy. She also starred in the movies The Power Inside, Two Night Stand, and Mississippi Grind. More recently, she had roles in the movies Between Us, Viral, In Dubious Battle, Golden Exits, All Nighter, and The Long Home. In addition, she played the female lead in the short-lived series Manhattan Love Story, which aired on ABC. She’s also guest-starred in the television shows Limitless and The Big Bang Theory.

The 29-year-old model-actress stays in shape by sticking to a healthy lifestyle. For one, she eats mostly healthy foods to keep her body and mind in top shape. She also avoids carbs on a regular basis because of a gluten allergy. Thus, she focuses on eating fruits, veggies, chicken, and turkey for a nutritious diet. She also starts her day right by eating a healthy breakfast.

She explained in an interview: “Well, since I am highly sensitive to any kind of gluten, I have some restrictions. I stick to lots of veggies, fruits and lean meats, especially turkey and chicken.” She went on to say: “Breakfast is usually yogurt and fruit. I also love salads. I make a mean cucumber juice from scratch. I like the buttery flavor. Sometimes I add a bit of orange or mint — it’s very refreshing!”
