Hollywood actor Matt LeBlanc had his career beginnings in the 1980s, debuting as Chuck Bender in the short-lived CBS drama TV 101. In the 1990s, he first starred in the television film Anything to Survive, as well as joined the main cast of Vinnie & Bobby as Vinnie, a role he also played in the sitcom Married… with Children.

The actor’s breakout role was as Joey Tribbiani in the sitcom Friends, which he starred in from 1994 to 2004. After the series ended, he reprised his role in his own spin-off show Joey, which lasted two seasons. Also in the 2000s, he starred in the films Charlie’s Angels and All the Queen’s Men. He reprised his role as Jason Gibbs in Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.

From 2011 to 2017, he played a fictionalized version of himself in the comedy series Episodes. For his performance here, he won a Golden Globe for Best Actor and received Emmy nominations. He also hosted Top Gear from 2016 to 2019. As of 2016, he stars as Adam Burns in the sitcom Man with a Plan. His latest film role was in 2014’s Lovesick. Additionally, he guest-starred as Nick Jericho in the online series Web Therapy.

Already in his 50s, Matt LeBlanc stays in shape by eating well and working out regularly. Being in the entertainment industry for decades, the actor understands the importance of taking care of himself. He has constantly followed an active lifestyle, which includes going to the gym, playing sports, and spending time outdoors. “I train every day, I run, I’m as healthy as a horse,” said the actor. He also credits weight training to developing his muscular arms and his overall strength.
