Matt LeBlanc

Matt LeBlanc was born on July 25, 1967 in Newton, Massachusetts, U.S.. He made his television debut as Chuck Bender in the drama series TV 101 in the late 1980s. In the early 1990s, he became known for his role as Vinnie Verducci in the sitcom Married… with Children and its spin-off Top of the Heap. He went on to star as the lead in Vinnie & Bobby.

His breakthrough came in 1994 when he started playing the role of Joey Tribbiani in Friends, a role that earned him Golden Globe nominations for Best Actor – Television Series Musical or Comedy. After Friends ended in 2004, he went on to reprise his role in the spin-off Joey from 2004 to 2006, where he was the lead star. As of 2011, he stars as himself in the comedy show Episodes. As a movie star, he’s known for his role as Jason Gibbons in Charlie’s Angels and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.
