Lynda Boyd is a Canadian actress whose career started in the 1980s, initially as a voice actress. In 1997, she made her live-action debut in the film The Invader, followed by the movie Disturbing Behavior. In the 2000s, she first appeared in the movies Bones, Leaving Metropolis, and I Spy. Her first notable role was as Nora Carpenter in the supernatural horror film Final Destination 2. She then had appearances in the films Going the Distance, An Unfinished Life, and She’s the Man. In the 2010s, she became best known for her role as Rose Miller in the comedy-drama series Republic of Doyle. She also starred in the short-lived series Tin Star.
