Luke Benward is an American actor. He made his film debut as David Moore in the 2002 film We Were Soldiers. The rest of the 2000s saw him perform in the movies Because of Winn-Dixie, How to Eat Fried Worms, Mostly Ghostly, and Dog Gone. He also starred in the TV movie Minutemen. In the 2010s, he played Matthew Pearson in See Dad Run and Beau Landry in Good Luck Charlie. He later starred as Dillon Sanders in the short-lived series Ravenswood. More recently, he starred as Lloy Danderson on the sitcom Still the King. During this period, he also had performances in the films Dear John, Field of Lost Shoes, Life of the Party, Dumplin’, and Measure of a Man.
