Hollywood actor Glen Powell is recently taking his fans by storm with his amazing roles on the big screen. It all started in 2003 when he had a minor role in the movie Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over. This was followed by performances in the films Fast Food Nation, The Great Debaters, and The Hottest State. He also guest starred on some TV shows during this time. In 2016, he played notable roles in mainstream films. This includes starring in Everybody Wants Some!!. Subsequently, he portrayed astronaut John Glenn in Hidden Figures. His latest cinematic role is in Sand Castle. In addition, he starred as Chad Radwell on Scream Queens from 2015 to 2016.

The 30-year-old actor keeps himself fit and healthy by being physically active. With this blossoming career, being on-the-go and active surely won’t be hard. Amazingly, despite his busy work life, he’s able to balance everything out with his healthy life choices. For one, he admits to being a workout lover. He exercises regularly to keep himself not only lean and fit, but also full of energy and even positive in his day ahead. Exercising is known to increase the brain’s serotonin levels, improving your mood.

He’s not only managing his weight and developing a more ripped physique with his workouts, he’s also improving his frame of mind. In an interview, the actor admitted that he starts his day by working out. He said: “Coffee works for some people. For me, I can’t really get charged for the day without a good workout. I’ll call a buddy to join me for a quick circuit or throw on some gloves and do mitt work or spar in a boxing gym down the street. But sometimes, just an early morning jog through the canyons is enough to get you optimistic about the day.”
