It was in 1995 that Canadian star Emmanuelle Chriqui got her start in the show business. She made her TV debut in Kung Fu: The Legend Continues while her film debut was in The Donor. She next appeared in the TV film Harrison Bergeron. Her first regular role was in the manga series Vampire Princess Miyu. She next starred in the TV movies Alien Abduction: Incident in Lake County and Futuresport. In the early 2000s, she became more active on the big screen. She had roles in the films 100 Girls, On the Line, Wrong Turn, The Crow: Wicked Prayer, and Waiting…

She then played the female lead in the movie National Lampoon’s Adam and Eve. In 2008, she played Adam Sandler’s love interest in the comedy film You Don’t Mess with the Zohan. Also in the 2000s, she became widely known for her recurring role as Sloan in the HBO series Entourage. She reprised the role in the film also titled Entourage. In the 2010s, she had a recurring role in the show The Mentalist as Lorelei Martins. She also starred in the short-lived shows Cleaners and Murder in the First. As of 2016, she stars in the Hulu series Shut Eye.

The 42-year-old actress has an amazing physique and she admits that she works hard to achieve her toned and slender physique. She likes going to classes. In one instance, she was seen attending one with actress-dancer Jenna Dewan-Tatum. When asked about it, she said: “We went to a dance class that kicked my ass. It was fierce. I generally circuit train and do Pilates.”

In another interview, she credited her workout routine as her secret in maintaining a sexy figure. She said: “I workout. I mean, I haven’t in a while, but I go in spurts of working out. Circuit training – weights and cardio. I like to mix it up.”
