Leonard Roberts is an American actor whose career started in the mid-1990s. He debuted in the 1996 film Due South. He next had roles in the films Love Jones, Hoodlum, and He Got Game. On television, his first notable role was as Forrest Gates in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which he played from 1999 to 2000. He later played Nam-Ek in Smallville and D.L. Hawkins in Heroes. In the 2000s, he portrayed Joe Louis in the Germab boxing film Joe and Max. His other films during this period were in Drumline and Red Sands. The following decade, he landed acting roles in the films Pizza Man, Savages, Drumline: A New Beat, American Sniper, and Love Is All You Need? As of 2017, he plays Ray Stabler, a recurring character in the sitcom Mom.
