Biography:

Leigh-Anne Pinnock was born on October 4, 1991 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England. At the age of 11, she briefly attended Sylvia Young Theater School in London.

In 2011, she auditioned for the eight series of the reality television show The X Factor and successfully landed a spot and got sent to the bootcamp. She was put together with other female contestants, thus the all-girl group Little Mix was formed.

They became the first group to win the competition. After winning, they immediately signed with Simon Cowell’s record label Syco Records. On November 19, 2012, they released their debut album, DNA.
