Biography:

Kristin Bauer van Straten was born on November 26, 1966 in Racine, Wisconsin, USA. She attended Washington University where she studied fine arts. However, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting.

She first had a recurring role on television in 1995, appearing as Maggie Reynolds in The Crew. She has also appeared in such TV shows as Total Security, That’s Life, Dirty Sexy Money and Hidden Hills.

In 2000, she landed the role of Nico in Dancing at the Blue Iguana, and starred in the award-winning short film Room 302.

As of 2008, she stars as vampire Pam in the HBO series True Blood.
