Biography:

Chelsea Peretti was born on February 20, 1978 in Contra Costa County, California, U.S. She attended Barnard College in New York. Following the completion of her degree, she relocated to Los Angeles where she started a career in acting. During this period, she appeared in such shows as Louie and The Sarah Silverman Program. Her first regular gig was on the show The Smoking Gun Presents: World’s Dumbest.

In 2007, she made her film debut in Twisted Fortune. She’s also worked as a writer – being credited for her work in Parks and Recreation. After this, she appeared in Kroll Show where she served as a writer. Since 2013, she’s been playing the role of Gina Linetti in the Fox sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. This year, she appeared as Glenda in the film Game Night.
