Hollywood star Kristen Wiig had her career beginnings in the early 2000s with her debut in The Joe Schmo Show. She got her breakthrough after landing a regular gig on the sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live. This led her to land roles in several films. This includes Unaccompanied Minors, Knocked Up, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, and Whip It, among others. In 2011, she found greater success when she wrote and starred in the movie Bridesmaids.

This got her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress. As a writer, it earned her an Oscar nomination for Best Original Screenplay. Also in the 2010s, she voiced Lola Bunny in The Looney Tunes Show. She later starred in the miniseries The Spoils of Babylon. Her work here got her a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress. More recently, she starred in the films Zoolander 2, Ghostbusters, Masterminds, and Downsizing. She also appeared as Pamela Brinton in five episodes of The Last Man on Earth.

The 44-year-old actress stays in shape by sticking to an active lifestyle. Despite being in her 40s, it’s amazing how the actress stays slender. In an interview, she spilled her workout secrets. Surprisingly, she only does the basics. She said: “I do a lot of walking. We have a treadmill here at the house, so I try to go on that maybe an hour at a time. I run a little but not as much as I used to, and I bike. I work out with a trainer when I can.”

In another interview, she also talked about the things that she does to stay healthy. She revealed: “I live between Central Park and the Hudson River, and those are two great places to walk and run. I also do yoga. A bunch of us have a private class once a week. When I’m working, I try to get something in a couple times a week.”
