Actress Kristen Hager had her career beginnings in 2005. She debuted in the made-for-television film Recipe for a Perfect Christmas. That same year, she starred as Skye in the short-lived show Beach Girls. She next appeared as Kyle in The CW series Runaway. In 2007, she made her big screen debut in the film I’m Not There. She also starred as Jesse Salinger in the movie Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem. Subsequent roles were in the feature films You Might as Well Live and Wanted. Her first lead role was as the titular character in the 2009 Canadian movie Leslie, My Name Is Evil.

During this period, she starred as Adele Emond in the Canadian show Wild Roses, as well as played a dual role in the miniseries Valemont. She next played Heather in the TV film Sorority Wars. After starring in the TV movie Ties That Bind, she landed the main role of Nora Sergeant in the show Being Human. She played the said character from 2011-2014. While busying herself on TV, she also continued her film career. She had performances in the features A Little Bit Zombie, The Right Kind of Wrong, Life, and In Embryo. This year, she appeared in the romantic film Clara. In addition, she played Nora Fries in Gotham and Joan Kennedy in The Kennedys: After Camelot. As of 2018, she stars as Mae Barber in the new series Condor.

The 34-year-old actress stays in shape by following a healthy lifestyle. For starters, she practices a clean diet. This means she mostly avoids processed foods. Instead, she focuses on clean, whole ones. Acknowledging her body’s needs for complete nutrition, she makes sure her diet plan primarily consists of lean proteins, such as fish and chicken, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables. While she doesn’t necessarily deprive herself of food, she makes sure that she indulges her cravings in moderation.
