Indian celebrity Karishma Tanna became widely prominent for her appearances on reality television. This includes Comedy Circus 1, Meethi Choori No 1 and Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout. As for her work in the movies, she initially made her debut back in 2005 with the Hindi feature Dosti: Friends Forever. Her next role came in the 2010s. During this period, she ventured to Kannada cinema with a role in I Am Sorry Mathe Banni Preethsona. Her next role was in the Bollywood film Grand Masti. She became further known for appearing on Bigg Boss 8. She also appeared on Bigg Boss Halla Bol. She is currently filming the movie Tina and Lolo, for which she’s one of the leads.

Karishma is already in her 30s, thus it becomes more crucial for her to have a healthy lifestyle. She does this by working out regularly and eating right. For breakfast, she only has a glass of milk and fruit like a banana or a mango. She said she doesn’t want to eat a lot in the morning because it makes her feel weaker. In an interview, she said: “I do not like to stuff myself at breakfast. Contrary to popular belief which says that one should have a heavy breakfast to pull through the day, I believe that it makes you lethargic.”

For lunch, she usually has a purely home-made vegetarian lunch, consisting of raita, papad, pickle, subzi, dal and roti. She does not eat rice as much as possible. She said: “I avoid having rice. For lunch, I make it a point to eat only home-made food.” The celebrity is also a foodie who prefers eating about every 2 hours. This also helps her to avoid hunger. For dinner, she said she prefers eating at home since it is healthier. According to her dinner, her meals during dinner range from pizzas to pastas to chop suey.
