For breakfast, she only has a glass of milk and fruit like a banana or a mango. She said she doesn’t want to eat a lot in the morning because it makes her feel weaker. In an interview, she said: “I do not like to stuff myself at breakfast. Contrary to popular belief which says that one should have a heavy breakfast to pull through the day, I believe that it makes you lethargic.”
For lunch, she usually has a purely home-made vegetarian lunch, consisting of raita, papad, pickle, subzi, dal and roti. She does not eat rice as much as possible. She said: “I avoid having rice. For lunch, I make it a point to eat only home-made food.” The celebrity is also a foodie who prefers eating about every 2 hours. This also helps her to avoid hunger. For dinner, she said she prefers eating at home since it is healthier. According to her dinner, her meals during dinner range from pizzas to pastas to chop suey.
