Biography:

Kiele Sanchez was born on October 13, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.. She began acting when she was just in high school by performing at school plays. She ultimately entered the entertainment industry, joining the MTV’s Wanna Be a VJ contest in New York. Though she was chosen as one of the five finalists, she didn’t win the grand prize. However, it was in the competition that a talent agent took notice and helped her pursue an acting career.

She made her debut on a TV movie and appeared in three episodes of That Was Then. Her first significant role on TV was on Married to the Kellys, followed by Related. It was, however, her role as Nikki Fernandez on Lost that made a difference. Afterwards, she had roles in the movies Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium and A Perfect Getaway. She had a a starring role on the TV series The Glades and now stars on Kingdom. She also starred in the film The Purge: Anarchy.
