Hollywood star Kathleen Rose Perkins first acted on television. She debuted in an episode of the television series The Fighting Fitzgeralds. After this, she got one-time roles in Miss Match and Without a Trace. Shortly after, she made her cinematic debut in the 2004 film Burning Annie, after which she had roles in the TV films Suzanne’s Diary for Nicholas and Talk Show Diaries. Perkins went on to made guest appearances on various television shows.

Some of these are in Living with Fran, Just Legal, How I Met Your Mother, Four Kings, and Stacked. Later, she had a recurring character in Help Me Help You. Before the 2000s ended, she guest-starred in Nip/Tuck, Eli Stone, Grey’s Anatomy, as well as starred in the TV movie Never Better. The actress also had recurring roles in The Game, Trust Me, and Gary Unmarried. Between 2009 and 2010, she played Ms. Duffy in the TV series ‘Til Death.

To add, she became known for her recurring part as Coroner Rose Carlyle in NCIS: Los Angeles. From 2011 to 2017, Perkins got mainstream fame for starring as Carol Rance in the comedy series Episodes. Her most latest roles on TV were as Priscilla in You’re the Worst, Dr. Amanda Nolan in Code Black, and Stacy Clouser in American Housewife. In the 2010s, she’s also had performances in the feature films The Pact, Cowgirls ‘n Angels, The Skeleton Twins, and A Short History of Decay.

The actress follows a healthy lifestyle through a clean diet plan. She loads up on proteins, fruits and veggies. She also loves smoothies. Of course, she uses the healthiest ingredients. “Frozen fruit (like peaches, mangos, and blueberries), a banana, almond milk, almond butter, a little honey and ground flaxseed blended with my favorite protein and greens powders make a perfect shake to kick start my day and allow me to take on any mountain, be it forested, concrete or figurative,” said the actress.
