Joe Taslim is an Indonesian actor. He’s also a martial artist. In 2008, he debuted in the Indonesian film Karma. Later in 2012, he appeared in the English-language film Dead Mine. He later ventured into Hollywood, playing the role of Jah in the movie Fast & Furious 6. He next appeared in the film Star Trek Beyond. At the same time, Taslim continued starring in Indonesian movies, including La Tahzan, Surat Kecil untuk Tuhan, The Night Comes for Us, and Hit & Run. In 2019, he gained wider recognition for his role as Li Yong in the American series Warrior. He recently starred in the South Korean film The Swordsman. He’ll star in the upcoming movie Mortal Kombat.
