Jessica Biel’s stardom was first launched on television courtesy of her role as Mary Camden in the long-running series 7th Heaven, which she played for around seven years. This led her to land roles in the movies, gaining attention for her role in the teen romance film Summer Catch. She garnered further recognition among moviegoers courtesy of her performances in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Blade: Trinity. She next played a supporting role in Cameron Crowe’s Elizabethtown, starred in the magic movie The Illusionist, as well as in the comedy film I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. Additionally, she had starred in the remakes of Stealth, Total Recall, and The A-Team. Her most recent movie was 2015’s Accidental Love.

Although Justin Timberlake’s wife is now more focused on being a mom to their child and a businesswoman to her restaurant in West Hollywood, Jessica is still a household name that her fans are already missing. Undoubtedly, the actress is looking great with her curvaceous body, that’s even after giving birth in April 2015. This is because she has made it a habit to practice a healthy lifestyle, which involves clean eating and working out regularly.

When asked what her secret is for her long and lean limbs, the actress answered yoga. “I like to do a couple of classes of yoga during the week, mixed in with weight training sessions, which are for strength. Actually the yoga class is less about strength and more about stretching and elongating, so I can have the combo,” Jessica was noted saying. Another part of her active lifestyle are hiking and walking her dogs, though doing such activities is not only for physical purposes, but also for mental benefits. She believes that when you feel good inside, that’s what you show on the outside.
