Biography:
Jerrika Hinton was born on September 28, 1981 in Dallas, Texas, U.S. She graduated with a degree in liberal arts. This led her to start her acting career in theater. In 2005, she made her film debut in Foreign Soil. She later appeared in the movies Rain and Broken Angel. She also started her TV career with guest roles in Gilmore Girls, Everybody Hates Chris, and Zoey 101.
In 2011, she played a role in the film The Roommate. During this period, she also got herself guest parts in such television shows as Lie to Me, Terriers, Mad Love, and Bones. Hinton got her break after landing the role of Stephanie Edwards in Grey’s Anatomy. She later starred as Ashley Collins in Here and Now. This year, she recently starred as Millie Morris in the web series Hunters.
