She may be already in her mid 40s, but Jennie knows how to achieve a slender figure. Though she’s had tough time in getting back in shape after having three daughters, the actress manages to meet her desired physique though healthy lifestyle. Aside from following a clean and a well-rounded diet, she also protects her health by regularly aiming to work out. Her break-up with her husband back in 2012 definitely motivated her to improve her body and her overall self. In fact, it was during this time that she lost 30 pounds, obtaining her slim figure.

How did she accomplish this? According to her, it was just a matter of healthy eating and working out five days a week. Her workout routine includes doing plyometrics and kickboxing. She also loves the outdoor, so she hikes with one of her dogs as a form of exercising outside. But how does she motivate herself to exercise? She said: “I take my kids to school in my workout clothes. I’ll think, ‘I’m already in my clothes now, so I may as well work out!'”
