Hailey Baldwin was born on November 22, 1996 in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Actor Stephen Baldwin is her father. She was first signed with Ford Models in New York. During this period, she appeared in the magazines Tatler, LOVE, and V. She then landed her first ad campaign with a commercial for the clothing brand French Connection. Soon, she made her first runway appearance, walking for Topshop and fashion designer Sonia Rykiel.

In 2015, she appeared on American Vogue. She was also featured on Teen Vogue. She later appeared in a Ralph Lauren ad campaign. She has also appeared in some music videos and shows.
