Paul Gross is a Canadian actor. His acting career began in the mid-1980s. During his beginnings, he appeared in the film Cold Comfort and debut in the TV movie Turning to Stone. His first notable role on the small screen was in Chasing Rainbows. In the ’90s, he had a notable role in Armistead Maupin’s Tales of the City. He then became best known for his role as Constable Benton Fraser in the show Due South. He continued his active career in the 2000s. During this time, he played Geoffrey Tennant in Slings and Arrows and Darryl Van Horne in Eastwick. In the 2010s, he played Kevin Crocker in Republic of Doyle. His most recent work was as Thomas Kinnear in the miniseries Alias Grace.
