Hollywood star Glen Powell had his career beginnings in the early 2000s. His early works include small roles in the films Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over and The Wendell Baker Story. He later landed more notable parts in the movies Fast Food Nation, The Great Debaters, and The Hottest State. During this period, he also made guest appearances on the television shows Jack & Bobby, Into the West, Without a Trace, and CSI: Miami. His career further flourished in the 2010s with roles in Red Wing and The Expendables 3. He then became further known for his role in Richard Linklater’s film Everybody Wants Some!!. At the same time, he played Chad Radwell in the TV series Scream Queens. In addition, he portrayed John Glenn in the movie Hidden Figures. This year, he starred in the movie Sand Castle.

With this career blossoming continuously, it becomes more crucial for the actor to take care of himself. Glen doesn’t have a huge body with super bulked-up muscles, but he surely has his very own athletic and toned form. He appears strong and fit. Of course, he maintains this figure by working out and eating healthily. Talking about his role in The Expendables 3, the actor shared how he was very careful of his diet. He focused on eating lean protein and other foods high in essential nutrients. He also avoided processed foods.

Of course, Glen continues to eat healthily up to this day. When it comes to maintaining his health and fitness, exercising regularly is not enough. The wellness of the body also depends on one’s nutrition and the actor understands this pretty well. Hence, his healthy and clean diet. Talking about his go-to foods, he said: “I would go to catering and ask them for chicken, Brussel sprouts, spinach and that will just get you wash boardy.”
