Actress Floriana Lima got her beginnings when she debuted in an episode of the show Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. She has since landed one-episode roles on other shows, such as How I Met Your Mother, My Own Worst Enemy, and Melrose Place. Her first main role was as Elizabeth on the web series Poor Paul. After this, she starred on the made-for-television film Kings by Night. She later had guest appearances on the shows House M.D., In Plain Sight, Glory Daze, The Nine Lives of Chloe King, and Franklin & Bash.

She went on to star on the Fox series The Mob Doctor playing the role of Nurse Rosa ‘Ro’ Quintero. After the show was canceled, she guest-starred on Hawaii Five-0 and Psych. She next had a recurring role as Michelle Prado on Allegiance. Subsequently, she starred as Bridey Cruz on the ABC series The Family. She became further known for her role as Miranda Riggs on Lethal Weapon and Maggie Sawyer on Supergirl. Recently, it was announced that she was cast as Krista Dumont on the second season of Netflix’s The Punisher.

The 37-year-old actress stays in shape by following a healthy lifestyle. This basically means she eats well, mostly clean foods. She stays away from processed and junk foods and always practices moderation as far as her eating habits are concerned. Now that she’s nearing her 40s, she further understands the importance of consuming nutritious foods. This isn’t to only stay slim but to also maintain her overall well-being. With this said, the actress mostly has lean protein, whole grains, and fiber-rich foods as part of her typical diet plan. She avoids eating sugary and fatty foods and sticks to the ones that give her energy. Of course, she also allows herself to indulge her cravings once in a while.
