English actress Eleanor Tomlinson had her career beginnings in the mid-2000s. During her early years, she appeared in the films The Illusionist, Einstein and Eddington, and The Sarah Jane Adventures. In 2010, she portrayed Fiona Chataway in Alice in Wonderland. She later played the female lead Princess Isabelle in 2013’s Jack the Giant Slayer. She became further known for starring as Isabel Neville, Duchess of Clarence on The White Queen. Her next role was as Georgiana Darcy in Death Comes to Pemberley. She rose to wider fame thanks to her role as Demelza Poldark on the TV series Poldark.

The 25-year-old actress makes efforts to sustain a healthy body. Aside from mostly opting nutritious foods, she tries her best to be physically active. She exercises when there’s an opportunity for her to do. Despite her young age, she understands the importance of living an active life. Naturally, she already lives an active life by being an actress. In the present, she’s busy working on the show Poldark. With this, she basically is on-the-go. Still, in between shots she exercises by doing the basic stuff.

She also shared in an interview how she tries to be fit every time she’s off or has free time. She said: “I try to keep fit by walking the dog and I’m taking swing dancing classes and yoga classes. When I’m visiting my parents up in Yorkshire, I go horse riding. Most weekends, I’m on the train to visit friends around London.” She also loves taking a walk. She revealed: “On Saturdays, I like to have a lie-in and then perhaps go and browse some vintage shops on the King’s Road in Chelsea or on Portobello Road. I’m not hugely into shopping though. My collie dog, Burt, needs lots of walks, so we may head out to Richmond Park instead. He loves it there.”
