Biography:

David Sutcliffe was born on June 8, 1969 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He attended University of Toronto where he studied English Literature. In 1999, he made his TV debut on Will & Grace. From 2001 to 2007, he became known for appearing recurrently on the TV series Gilmore Girls as Christopher Hayden. In 2003, he made his big screen debut in the movie Under the Tuscan Sun.

He then starred as Patrick Owen on the TV series I’m with Her. Subsequently, he starred in the films Murder in the Hamptons, Cake, Happy Endings, as well as on the TV movies Snow Wonder and His and Her Christmas. From 2007 to 2009, he became known for his role as Kevin Nelson on Private Practice. His most recent work on TV was on Cracked and Proof. He also reprised his role as Christopher on Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.
