Ciara Renée Workout Routine

Ciara Renée

It was in 2013 that actress Ciara Renée began her acting journey. Her first professional acting experience was in the musical Big Fish. She then became the leading player in the musical Pippin. At the same time, she started her television career. She made her first appearance in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Afterwards, she got lucky after landing the role of Kendra Saunders / Hawkgirl in The Flash. She then appeared in Arrow playing the same role. She reprised her role as part of the main cast of Legends of Tomorrow for its first season. She also portrayed Esmeralda in a 2014 stage production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. This year, she appeared as Ellen in an episode of Master of None.

Despite her busy acting work, the actress doesn’t lose the time to take care of herself. She does so by eating clean and working out on a regular basis. She believes in the importance of exercising consistently, not just for maintaining a healthy weight, but also for strength and better mood. In an interview, she revealed her fitness routine:

” My fitness routine is very un-routine. I do the show 8 times a week, and that’s a workout in and of itself, but the activity I do outside of that varies immensely. There’ll be times when I do yoga 3-5 times a week, run once or twice, see my personal trainer for strength training, and take a cycling class on the side. But there are definitely other weeks where I get busy and end up only doing the 7-Minute workout app every day, and just let that and the show be my workout. I try to be active everyday, unless I’ve decided I really need a recovery day. Those days usually consist of a massage (because duh), a lot of food, a good nap, and a TON of water.”
