Hollywood actress Bianca Kajlich had her career beginnings in the late ’90s. During this period, she made her film debut in 10 Things I Hate About You. In the early 2000s, she had roles in the films Bring It On and Halloween: Resurrection. Her first notable role on television was as Lisa Grier in Boston Public. She next appeared as recurring character Natasha Kelly in Dawson’s Creek.

After this stint, she joined the main cast of Rock Me Baby as Beth Cox. Her next roles were in the TV movies Confession of a Dog, Vanished, and More, Patience. She later appeared as Quinn Keeler in the show Vanished. She became further known on television for her role as Jennifer Rhodes in Rules of Engagement. After the series ended in 2013, she played Leslie Burton in the show Undateable. She’s also appeared in the films 30 Minutes or Less and Dark Was the Night.

The 40-year-old actress maintains her health and fitness by sticking to a healthy lifestyle. She does so by eating a clean and a well-rounded diet. She generally avoids eating processed and junk foods. She sticks to the ones that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients. She does this not only to maintain her healthy weight but to also stay healthy overall. In an interview, the actress explained what her diet plan is like. She said:

“This is a four-course meal, based upon Ayurvedic principles and considering my constitution as advised by my Ayurvedic physician Mela Butcher. The most basic explanation is that certain foods are like medicine for certain individuals. Ayurveda looks to food to nourish us medicinally as opposed to just eating for pleasure. Ideally, when we eat the foods that are best for us, it is both nourishing and pleasurable. In addition, we always strive to find food that is local, organic, and produced as sustainably as possible.”
