The 33-year-old actress stays in shape by sticking to a clean diet plan. With this, she mostly consumes nutritious foods — anything loaded with protein, fiber, and other vitamins and minerals. Being an actress, it’s crucial for her to have the right amount of energy to perform her work more efficiently. In order to do that, her body needs healthy foods. Her diet plan mainly consists of fish and chicken for their lean proteins. Fruits and veggies are also some of her healthy food staples. She has whole grains oats or cereal as well for breakfast, if not eggs for their proteins with fruits on the side.
